1. How do I get member status on ventrilo?

In order to get member status on ventrilo you need to leave a comment on the ventrilo post with your preferred username. Although it is preferred that you use your main character's name or your real name for easy identification it is not mandatory. You can find the ventrilo post in the member section of the forum under general section [Member Forum > General > Ventrilo]. If you still need help or if you run into any problems please leave a comment on that post as well.

NOTE: Please do not make a new post asking for member status since I do not check the site frequently. The ventrilo post I mention above is linked to my e-mail address which I try to check at least once a day so that will be the quickest route to receive your member status.

2. How long does it usually take to get my account registered for the forum?

Once you registered to the forum an e-mail will automatically be sent to my inbox. It usually takes me less than 24 hours to add a member to the site since I do try to check my e-mail at least once a day but there are times when I am busy and it might take me an extra day or two. If your account is not up within a week do not hesitate to e-mail me at bane4life [at] gmail [dot] com to inquire about your account.

NOTE: If you do not use your main character's name as your username your registration may be ignored. This is to prevent random people/bots from spamming our forums. If you want to use another name besides your main character's name then just email bane4life [at] gmail [dot] com with your main charater's name and your preferred username so I can link the two together, thank you.

3. Why can't I see the member section of the forum?

If you are unable to access the member section of the forum you are either not a registered member, you are not logged in, OR the admin has forgotten to add you to the members group. In order to be added to the members group just click on groups [menu/navigation area below the header], join the members group, and I will add you as soon as possible.

4. Why was I banned?

Every so often [once a blue moon] I go through the members list on ventrilo and the forums to make sure that every username is linked to a member in the guild. If you recently left the guild but would still like to contact members then feel free to hop onto our vent server or leave a message in the guest general forums. If you were banned mistakenly then please e-mail the admin at bane4life(at)gmail(dot)com or leave a post in the "Questions, Ideas, or Concerns" section of the Miscellaneous forum, thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.

5. My rank on the forum is wrong, how do I fix it?

If you would like your rank on the forum to be updated just leave a post in the "Questions, Ideas, or Concerns" section of the Miscellaneous forum and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
